Digiffects DVD Surround Sound FX
Welcome to the new Digiffects Surround Sound DVD series. This first DVD contains 50 sound effects. They were recorded in four channel surround, 24 bit 48 kHz. Two stereo files make up the four channel surround sound. The first stereo file is called F for Front and the second stereo file R for Rear. For example: S101_F_Square_sml.wav and S101_R_Square_sml.wav
Drag and drop the two files to the same spot in your audio program. The F file to the Front speakers and the R file to the Rear speakers. You will experience a feeling of being “inside” the sound. Mute the Rear stereo file and you will find the sound very unexciting. Change the levels to your liking. Use it as a foundation for great and true 5.1 surround mixes.
